Chelo kebab is the national dish of Iran. The meal is simple, consisting of steamed, saffron-basmati or Persian rice and kabab. This is one of the most popular dishes in our restaurant.
Prepared in a Tandoor, a type of cylindrical clay oven in which the dish is traditionally prepared, Tandoori chicken consists of roasted chicken prepared with yogurt and spices. The chicken is marinated in yogurt and seasoned with the spice mixture tandoori masala. Cayenne pepper, red chili powder or Kashmiri red chili powder is used to give it a fiery red hue.
Chinese Sizzlers (Non-Veg)
The sizzling Chinese Sizzler is one of the most loved dish in India. Chinese cuisine and Chinese sauces combined, gives a heavenly taste when served on hot sizzling plate.

Kashmiri pulao is a very popular Kashmiri rice dish prepared with dry fruits, nuts and fresh fruits. It is an exotic dish perfect for small get together and small parties. Being one of the simplest pulao recipes known to man, we at 47/2 Banlkane Inn make even this simplest of recipes special!
This delicious kebab gets its name from the juicy, succulence of the meat used to make it. The meat gets this way thanks to the marinade in which it is soaked. Served with Mint-Coriander Chutney, thinly sliced onions and hot Naans (tandoor-baked Indian flatbread), Reshmi Kebab is ummm… Just Yummy!
Enjoyed the food and service offered by the restaurant when we visited on August 15, 2015 – a perfect complement to our family get-together. Between us we tasted the Chello Kebab, Chicken Sizzler, a few Chinese and Indian dishes, and everybody had a good word to say. It being a holiday, proprietor Mr Samir Deb was present and was interacting with the guests to learn about their preferences and if the signature dishes met with their expectations. Not only the food, Mr Deb seemed interested in promoting tourism too; he handed us a card that listed all the known and lesser known attractions in and around #Krishnagar, #Nadia. We promptly planned our next visit not only to a couple of attractions but to 47/2 as well.Uttara Gangopadhyay
